My approach is based on a core belief: we’re going to need to work collaboratively, using all our talents and strengths, to build a soft landing and a sustainable future.

We’re more likely to succeed if we believe that we can, and if we trust ourselves to act in line with what we really know.

So we need to be prepared to face what we really know, and have conversations with each other about our darkest fears and our most inspiring dreams.

This means that my approach encompasses facilitated stakeholder workshops, one-to-one work and coaching , facilitating team conversations, designing and running learning events and programmes, exploring organisational strategy and change, and providing an external view which finds gaps between goals and action.
