Working with clients who are getting ready to consult stakeholders on options, I needed to help them see how the co-design journey could work from start to finish. This simple diagram helped a lot.
This is a great way of getting a group moving, talking and learning more about each other, using questions which are related to the focus of the group or its agenda.
Some people just hate shouting out ideas in a group. If you need quantity and creativity, and to make sure the quiet thinkers contribute their ideas too, this alternative to the traditional brainstorm is my new go-to technique.
